About the role

You own customer GPU clusters from installation day to production use. You work with our network and LLMOps engineers so each cluster is ready for training and inference. The work spans data centre floors and long-term operations.

Responsibilities

Install and configure GPU servers on NVIDIA HGX platforms following NVIDIA Reference Architecture.
Run validation and benchmarks before handover, including burn-in, NCCL tests and storage throughput.
Deploy and run Slurm or Kubernetes for GPU workloads.
Set up monitoring for GPU utilisation, temperature and hardware errors.
Troubleshoot drivers, firmware and hardware with vendors.
Write handover documents and runbooks for the operations team.

Requirements

3+ years running Linux servers or HPC clusters.
Hands-on with NVIDIA drivers, CUDA and DCGM.
Automation in Bash, Python or Ansible.
Solid grasp of data centre networking and storage.
Able to travel to data centres in Thailand.

Nice to have

Experience with InfiniBand or RoCE on GPU clusters.
Experience with the NVIDIA GPU Operator on Kubernetes.
NVIDIA, Red Hat or Linux Foundation certifications.
