About the role

You work with real customer data to build AI use cases with measurable results, from framing the problem and preparing data to fine-tuning and evaluation before launch.

Responsibilities

Frame problems and success metrics with customer teams.
Prepare, clean and structure data for training and RAG.
Fine-tune models with techniques such as LoRA or QLoRA.
Build test sets and evaluations for answer quality, including Thai.
Hand models to LLMOps with criteria and evaluation results.
Present results clearly to customer executives.

Requirements

2+ years in data science or machine learning.
Fluent Python with pandas, PyTorch or Hugging Face.
A grounding in statistics and experiment design.
Comfortable with SQL.
A degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics or a related field.

Nice to have

NLP or LLM work in Thai.
Has built RAG systems or evaluation frameworks.
Publications or Kaggle results.
